By far the best Resort/Villa Accom on Phuket! Anyone looking to stay...don't bother hesitating this is the best accomodation on the Island! Location is a bit inconvenience if we are not renting our own cars and the hotel shuttle are charged pretty expensively.It is listed as Gay friendly and there are lots and lots of information of things to see and do, but no information on Gay scene. Phuket is a gay destination for gay people from around the world. An additional TV in the master bedroom would have been good.lots of mosquitos. The location was a good 20min from patong beach and the tuk tuk drivers did not know how to find the Hotel despite having the hotel info in thai. Theer is nothing within walking distance of this Hotel. The food was inconsistent. room service and bar closed at 1030pm, also there was no convenience store in hotel. the distance from beach, toilet/drain system. location was not good,not much around,more like 20-30min wallk to the beach,hotel food was okay,not a lot to eat around,when booking throught the site,supposed to charge 50%on the bookin day,and pay the rest at the hotel,but instead they charge the whole amount before we arrived and without asking what type of payment i would like to make,exchange rate was alot lesser than outside. broken washing machine and microwave, which are the most important for a young family. No repair for those defaults. The hotel is far away from tourism aerie. We need to use TAXI if we went to go any place. However TAXI drivers ask for triple price than normal price !.
