  We have stayed for 8 days in ocean facing pool villa (children 14 and 4 years old). The view was great. Very nice and quite place for families with children. We once had visited the Chaweng beach and quickly came back from the noise, crowd to rest in The Sea Hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to young people who would like to enjoy the nightlife... what people say » of Koh Samui. - The seaview villa is absolutely gorgeous.   Really friendly staff who, despite speaking a limited amount of English, went out of their way to help (they called our next hotel for us to confirm the booking etc). Good selection of fruit for breakfast. Whilst the rooms could perhaps do with a facelift, they are perfectly adequate and you are right on a lovely stretch of quiet beach.

  A lovely little budget resort on a quiet strip of beach on the north coast. The bungalows are spacious, beds are comfortable though the fan rooms are quite warm. Air con is definitely the best option. The staff are very friendly and the entire place has a charming, quirkly, welcoming vibe.   The older rooms are quite spacious, clean & tidy and the new ones are very nicely appointed with flat screen TV's etc. Their stretch of beach is excellent and swimming is quite safe.
