I like almost everything about the hotel, from the design of the room, the lighting, to the comfort of the bed. Rooms are clean. The staffs are friendly and willing to assist us. What I like most is the location of the hotel where food and shopping is just a few steps away :). I was a bit skeptic as I rose up the elevator to the 6th floor where the hotel was located but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel room is very simple and clean. And it even comes with a big bath tub, ideal after a long day of shopping at the surrounding Xi Men Ding.

We could not find a hotel - staff came to us. prime location. What I didn't like was that the bathroom has no locks and that the bathroom's glass is slightly transparent. The room is just right for a couple but may be a bit small for a family with kids. There also isn't a proper table for writing or working on the laptop. poor noise insulation - not for light sleepers. i happened to have a room next to a group of girls who'd chit chat deep into the night. that kept me from having restful sleep. Can't get to watch TV as the receiving is not good and keep on buzz with a sound Very noisy as the hotel is link with Shopping Mall Lift very slow. Room no Soundproof. Limited space for hanging clothes. Not much varieties for breakfast. TV receiving is not good. The soundproof is very poor, and the hotel is in a building with children arcade and DVD movie center, therefore the lift is always full, can't go in if you are with your big luggage. How come the room I stay not same in the picture? If same more best.Tq. The breakfast style. The noise from the neighbor rooms can be heard. The room don't has window. Noisy rooms, a showering neighbor sounds like an airplane landing in your room. Sound insulation not so good . Can hear next room flush the water. They didnt reply to my email at all when i ask them about early check in. It will be good to have mirror outside of the bathroom instead of just in the bathroom. No soundproof walls. Good wasnt that great and limited only. the public lifts to the hotel floors. feel bit unsafe ...still ok if travel at least 2 or more people...n late check in till 3pm. Stayed for 5 nights, however we realized that the hotel never changed the bedsheet during our entire stay. Not sure if this is the usual practice but this is a matter of hygiene. The room temperature is very erratic. Very bad noise proof for the walls and doors. We can practically hear people walking past the doors. Other than that, it's a nice stay for a short period. Noise from other rooms were heard loud and clear from our bed. Breakfast not nice and the bed too soft. Bed is too soft. There are no windows in the room and the only windows are in the bathroom which faces a back alley. No clothes hangers available in the bathroom. Design of the toilet. Would appreciate if there's a wall mirror in the room other than the bathroom. - Bed is quite dirty but acceptable - Not much windows rooms. Noisy and the bed is too soft. The breakfast could be improved further. Stayed in Room 603 for 4 pax with window in the toilet which smelled of sewage throughout the 3N stay from 6-9 Dec 2013. Tried breakfast on my first day but found hair in my noodle which completely spoilt my appetite. We stopped taking their breakfast thereafter. non smoking area, but room was smelled by smoking the room sided with the dining room - terrible noise. poor sound insulation, unfriendly staff, furniture provision not up to standard.
