Very friendly staff and easy communication via email and phone (no checking staff at apartment), NEW apartment, very clean, elevator to floors,. Main entrance has 8 steps making it very difficult for baby push chair or handicaps. The description of the apartment says washing machine & dryer but our apartment did not included them (#2307). Nice shower but no bathtub (for small kids) kids...).
