lovely location and size opf the aprtment and its ambience. Apartment a good size with good facilities. Very central, and affordable for 4 people. Easy to find, in good quiet location, not too far from the train station. Good central location, to the lift and town centre, and not a long walk to the station. Excellent quality of furnishings and fittings; ease of access to town centre. Very comfortable, nice and big apartment.Location, value, comfortable room layout, bathroom faciliites. Although there were no staff members on-site (they are based at the Hotel Astoria, another property owned by the same family), the phone attendant was very helpful and eager to be of assistance. It was very well furnished, clean as an apartment rather than a hotel, perfect for short stay tourists like ourselves. Location was quiet, yet close to the station and the central street. We wish we could have stayed longer!. It is in a good and easy location - close to the train station and gondolas. spacious and lovely balcony. traditional character and style. nice location. Well furnished, comfortable and clean rooms. Everythings about this hotel were so superb! We could have good days during our staying in Zermatt. Large and cosy room, not so old, and there is lift. Location was also perfect, there is very near from the station and also the biggest supermarket in Zermatt.very clean and well maintained, very close from the main 2 gondolas and village center !. Very close to the shops and other excursions.Nicely prepared room and keys to enter, quite and great space. Fantastic location. We can see the Matterhorn on the balcony.Good value for money. i think they should keep one staff at the reception for any help you need. when we reached there was no one at the reception and we have to call on intercomn to their other hotel for any thjg .smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator. Thought it was strange that we didnt see anyone at all from staff, apart from cleaners - even to pay. The heating system did not work very well but this issue was addressed with a space heater. Carpet could be cleaner and newer bed sheets would have been appreciated. Staff hard to contact, but service ok. Some difficulty to check-in and check-out, but they were not problems. The customer who has a interest should ask to the hotel directly. They will answer to all questions so kindly. a sauna in the building would have been a plus. No one at the reception!?! while check-in and out. No one for check in; had to go to another hotel to pay bill. as above. very old towels and and bed-sheets, shower mixer wasn't cleaned from calc. final cleaning charge of 50CHF on check out. The bed is not comfortable enough.the cleaning from housekeeping wasn't very good.... Not easy to find. The apartment had a microwave but no overn or grill. That would have been useful. almost no reception but we found a welcome letter as well as our room key on the desk.Not able to really rate the hotel staff since we didn't meet anyone - we picked up the key in an envelop on a desk. Check out process was far at another hotel. The fee for cleaning is alot which was added onto the price of the room making it not worth it. Too far to the main hotel where they served breakfast but close to patiserie where we picked up pastries.My arriving to the hotel, on the front desk, I can find a letter and key for me. But I was confused because the room number was 21 on the letter and the key was for the room 31. And with the conversation with staff, I should correct the room number on a letter for other person. blablabla. anyway, after long story, I found that I can open both of the room 21 and 31 with my key. very weird. The decor is somewhat dated and worn. Although it was an apartment with cooking facilities, there was no cooker. When checking out, if you want to pay with a different card than wich you booked with, you need to go to another hotel which is a 15 minute walk away.No body at the reception any time. They were supposed to at least leave the key to me but they did not. There were a sign far away from the reception saying that guests could call the receptionist by intercom but there was no phone in the reception. We ended up pick up a key ramdomly and entered a room to make the call. Also, internet was not working because of too many users even in low season.

From the main station and the Gornergratbahn, as well as from the Sunnegga Express the House La Perle is five minutes walk away. Round the corner there is a bus stop to the Little-Matterhorn cable car.
Opposite the Sunnegga-Express and next to the main station you will find sports shops, with a wide offer of sports equipment for summer and winter, for rent or sale.
Next to the main station you can find a shopping centre with a supermarket (Coop) among other shops.
Travelling information
Arrival by car:
- The public road ends at Täsch (6 km from Zermatt).
- In Täsch you board the shuttle train which runs between 06:00 and 23:30 every 20 minutes.
The Zermatt railways offer trolleys for transporting your luggage from your car to the train.
You can park your car either on the public car park next to the station at Täsch or at the underground car parks of the private taxi companies. You can also take a taxi to Zermatt (taxi stand at the entrance to the village).
Arrival by train:
The hotel offers you a pick-up service from Zermatt train station at an additional cost. Please call the hotel upon arrival in Zermatt. (Please note that this service is not available in the evenings.)
