new, spacious appartments with excellent mountain view very well equipper - we stayed in Mont d'au building - it was amazing - two bathrooms, spacious bedroom and living room for 4 adults. Free entrance to Spa facilities on arrival and departure day. Clean apartment ,all necessary for weekly stay included.The spa and the pool were clean and very well organised locker system Though too much chlorine in the pool.thought would be less if it is mineral water.

The swimming pool and everything related to the spa was good. I liked the location since we were skiing and also relaxing. Will go there again to use the swimming pool. Please note that this is not a hotel. The studio apartment was clean and rather spacious. Ok cooking possibilities and small fridge. Spa is nice, although small. Room was spacious. Good size apartments. no shops near by, it would be nice to have a shop in the main building with some basics like baby diapers for swimming or some toiletries, water, etc. The local restaurant menu and prices. There is not much night life around the hotel. You will also to drive at least 5-10 mins to get to the closest grocery store to buy food. I also wished they had provided small soaps and shampoo in the hotels. Their restaurant is quite small with the basic food and the food selection is not big. The mountians reflect the GPS signal and confuse the systems. Don`t trust GPS guidance ours took us the most difficult route in the steep country side ... Nothing. No facilities for skiers who haven't got a car. So in order to go to Champery for skiing you need to be in time up on the hill to catch a train. Train is one per hour - so that it is quite difficult and not comfortable especially if you need to carry on your ski equipments with you. Will be great if hotel will be included into shuttle chain. Wifi only available in Public areas. Sofas uncomfortable to sit on. Lack of UK channels on TV. Too warm. sofa instead of real bed in the studio was a bit surprise as well as no amenities in bathroom. Restaurant is has the worst service I have ever had in Switzerland... At the end we walked out. Staff not friendly and only one guy (which was the friendliest of all the staff) was handling the apartments. The rest of the staff at the reception was not friendly at all except for the bald guy. One small hand soap and small shampoo for the bathrooms would not make the resort/hotel bankrupt. Steep 10min uphill walk to train stop. Walk from outside to Spa, can be longish depending your apartment location. The bed in the studio is not that comfort sofa-bed. Room slightly cold , specially beds under window . Value for money. Pillow not comfortable. Pans very limited. No scissors. Chairs & sofa not comfortable Having to remove all bedding before leaving is terrible imposition if leaving early in morning. On site restaurant poor, wifi did not work, staff unhelpful.
