I really liked this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable room and relaxed atmosphere. I was glad that it had airconditioning. Excellent service, friendly staff willing to meet demands of a family with a small child and particualr eating preferences. Excellent location, very clean, friendly and not very expensive. The rooms was small and the beds was not so style for the moneythat I payed. - very poor cleaness of the room and in particular of the bathroom - Internet did not work - breakfast very poor - not possible to modifie the booking 10 days in advance!!!!!!!. The staff refused to let us park our car during our stay statting that there is no space. When we protested the staff let us park the car, there is four empty car parks in the garage. The csrpet is stick and dirty. The room is small and overpriced. Whereas Hotel Krebs Interlaken is very good.
