  Both Carol and Sarah are really nice and helpful. They even came out and wait for us when I called them I had diffcult to find their place. Both of them speak really well English. They suggest what and how I should visit during my stay. The room is small for 4 adult with a lot of luggage but it is clean and good enough to spend only a night there.... what people say » We drove there, so the location is good to us. Especially the fall is just beside us we can see that right after we walk out our room!! - Caol and Sarah, our hostesses, were delightful. The room for four was small but adequate and the beds were the most comfortable. The breakfasts were special because Carol made delicious egg dishes. Both ladies offered ideas for numerous activities in the area. Carol was very accommodating when we had to leave early to catch our train by serving breakfast before the normal hours. It was obvious that both ladies enjoyed their work. A very special stay.

  Everything. Location was great, very short walk from the station. Gorgeous view from room, street and balcony of the common room. Crystal is located in a separate building, with services provided through Hotel Oberland. You have to cross the street to get breakfast, and see the front desk staff, but that was no problem. We liked this, althou - Stay in the ground floor apartment. Everything is provide. Supermarket is nearby and it is really convenient to travel between train station or cable car station. Great place to spend with family. I hope I could stay longer. Murren is another great place to stay or visit during the day. Our family had a great time there.

  We had an amazing few days in this hostel! Such nice people who really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Loved the pub! You can even dance on the tables! Loved it - Amazing location! Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money

  Even though the weather was not the best (it was a bit cloudy and rained), it was so nice to have a balcony with a beautiful view. The close proximity to the train station and the Murren cable car station was great too, and it was actually pretty quiet despite the train tracks being right there.   Very comfortable and homey. The lounge for all to use was very nice. The breakfast was plentiful. The view of Lauterbrunnen Valley was awesome from our balcony. - Alps are the best :)

  Despite the fact that there wasn't a lift, the young kitchen hand took our very heavy suitcases up to our room. The staff also took our luggage to the station for us (it was only a short distance, but the footpath was wet and slippery on that morning). The room was excellent and well appointed. Having a restaurant on site that served excellent foo... what people say » d was a great advantage. They also provided wireless and internet access and were able to print out our rail tickets. The staff and proprietress were - We enjoyed the welcome, the beautifully cooked evening meals, including a lovely crocodile Thai soup! Delicious. It was part of some Australian specials. There were also many Swiss dishes on the menu. The breakfast buffet was good with perfectly cooked boiled eggs. The location was perfect for train to Wengen or to drive to other places. Ursula was very attentive as we're all her staff. The bedrooms were good and the beds extremely comfortable. Very clean. We will return in the spring.
