  We liked our stay at Chalet des Alpes very much. Gary and Karen were very kind and they made a lot of preparation work about what to do in the neighbourhoud (folders, walking routes, etc). The area is very suitable to make walking routes, from easy to difficult, ride the Mountainbike, Skiing in winter, Moto trips, etc. Lens is located very cent... what people say » rally, and you can go to Crans Montana in 10 minutes and enjoy the magnificent views to the mountains.   A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its five stars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and an excellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and during lunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace, enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mou... what people say » ntain view. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have the chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no doubt - The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss" experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony. Tres bien.
