Feeling like staying "at home"; excelent service that you will not find anywhere else in a 3 star hotel!!!. Everything - style of hotel, rooms, breakfast buffet. Felt like a 4 star for the price of a 3 star.Lovely hotel, courteous, friendly staff. Large very comfortable room. the service was excellent and the breakfast was very nice.Everything, will definetly stay there again.

The room was spacious and well designed. The ethnic touch and soft music in the foyer is one of the best touch for travellers. Breakfast was superb and offers a great variety for a good start of the morning. Oh yes, there is coffee and tea in the room to enjoy as and when wanted :-). It's very nice hotel with modern design and good combination of swiss traditions in customer service and new ways in hotel buisiness. I'll recommend it to all of my friend that ever come to Geneva. Minimalism of the hotel was impressive, its location is good, it was a very comfortable and clean room, the breakfast was good..Location was near the lake, train station, and old town Geneva. Breakfast included in price was excellent. My daughter and I found the hotel comfortable and convenient and the staff very helpful.Good bathroom; no breakfast surcharge; friendly, helpful staff. We could have chosen any other restaurant as there are many near by but it was late and we were tired from the trip so we decided to go there for the convenience. The room rate is a little bit too high.The room was too hot upon arrival, and the air conditioning did not work. I had to switch the unit completely off and open the window for the duration of the stay. The hotel itself seemed a tiny bit run down like the carpet in our room was a bit grubby.The traffic-noise from Rue Rothschild. Be sure to get a room facing the yard. Lovely little yard. no, everything was fine and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Cleaning of the room was not done very well. When we first went into the room, the toilet was not clean. Once, the trash cans were not emptied. Breakfast was average at best - a number of buffet items were missing each day. A bit of a walk to the centre and restaurants but OK.lots of noice from upstairs / stairs in the morning.
