No problems with outside noise, in spite of having Europe's largest sports bar next to the hotel and a sport stadium above.   Our host Bobo was very friendly & helpful. She couldn't do enough for us & her breakfasts were extremely generous & our little cottage comfy & cosy - Independent bungalow with kitchen in nice garden and everything inside, lovely woman leave in cottage, if you need something she is very helpful.
