What people say
Location good for Ostersund Central station as I was travelling on
Inlandsbanan (I arrived late Mon left early Tue.). Early breakfast
available. Room very comfortable.
Excellently cosy place, and great breakfast with the charm and friendliness of the smiley owner, Anita.
Very good personal. On the lobby are free coffee, tea and many
products too.
Great concept and solution for short and long term staying.all reviews »
Cosy atmosphere, friendly staff.
Nice en cosy.
The owners r very nice ppl.Suff toilets for use.
Difficulty in getting access. Owner not present when I arrived despite
advising arrival time. Had to make expensive international call on my
mobile to get key code. If Nya Pensionatet is looking for custom from
users of Inlandsbanan its staff should be available to welcome new
arrivals. Not difficult as trains from Mora and Gallivare arrive within
a few minutes of each other!.
A bit confusing regarding the parking.
It was crusial for me that I did not know on beforehand that I needed to
have a phone to enter the hotel. I was comming from the mountains where
I spent two weeks without phone and I did not (and did not want to)
connect to the world through phone. If this was presented in the booking
site I would not have chosen this place. I spent 1 hour at the street
trying to get in, late in the evening, tired and fearing that I had to
sleep on the street, it was not a godd experiance.
It,s uphill walk, very steep climb. But i believe if you request owners for pick-up fr train stn, they wl oblige.
