  Staff were very friendly. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed lounge room and tea/coffee & biscuits available outside breakfast hours. Convenient location for both ferry and train. - I loved the free coffee and tea bar especially the loose tea leafs tat were made available with the cookies.   We arrived late due to airline lost luggage issue. A man came quickly and let us in, and stayed until we were settled. The next day when our lost luggage arrived, they brought it to us quickly. The Rum Oscar is a wonderful hotel, quiet and with a great staff - It was very modern and simple and provided a nice place to stay for a reasonable price... what people say » in and expensive city.
