Our last and one of the best stops after travelling around Europe. We sent a mail with some questions the evening before and received a prompt reply. The welcome was friendly, the room very comfortable and a very reasonable price with breakfast included. I liked almost everything in the hotel - it's in the city centre, close to the main squares, pedestrians and parks; breakfasts were lovely; we had a really large room with a stove. The hotel is excellent for families with small kids - they love Sigge ;).

Possibility to rent a bikes is wonderfull idea of this hotel in Malmoe. Thanks to this we could see the whole city as we wants. Hotel is located in wanderfull place to visit and sightseeing the city. You will enjoy your stay at this hotel. The breakfast is great, the staff, cleanliness, decor, location etc. I could not find any problems with our 2 night stay at all. The location of the hotel on the fringe of the city centre was convenient for most activities although rather distant from the main rail station. The friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. Within the walking distance from the city attractions. the hotel is situated just in the heart of the city but it's quiet, the parking space is in front of the hotel. One of the girls from the reception wasn't helpful. And should be more bikes to rent. The cleaning staff must be improve, because sometimes our room hasn't been clean, but if was, it was made a little bit poor, because under tables were many dust and dirty. Nothing. Perfect hotel. The room we were allocated was fitted with a fully-functioning kitchen which seemed odd for a 4-star hotel. On enquiring we learned that 90% of the rooms had kitchens because the hotel was previously an 'apart-hotel' designed for self-catering or family use. Further enquiries revealed that if we required tea/coffee in our roomas we would need to bring supplies from home! Alternatively we could have purchased hot drinks from a vending machine!. expensive car park. Not enough breakfast tables. Very small double bed. The receptionist was really unwelcoming. There are some rooms without any window, that was absolutely disappointing. It was lucky that they had another free room instead. The receptionist didn't mention on check-in that my room has no windows.
