excellent service and friendly staff- they kept my room despite very late arrival into city and hotel was fully booked. the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable and they also provided snacks all day and night in kitchen- free of charge which was added and welcome bonus! would highly recommend this hotel.... excellent all round- great staff who very friendly and helpful and kept my room despite arriving very late into the city. the hotel is clean and comfortable and the facilities in kitchen are great and extra bonus, with free snacks day and night... would highly recommend this hotel as very good value for money!.
all reviews » Excellent location for anyone traveling with a car. Hotel has its own parking, which was quite affordable. We chose Comfort Hotel City Center specifically because it allowed pets. We have a big dog. The hotel was definitely good value for money. very large room with a huge bathroom~~ new and clean~~ close to the ferry.Free tea/coffee/cake - very nice for tired guests at the end of the day. location. The staff were really kind, I impressed with their merciful and patience. And also the Lobby is a very lovely place for playing back-gammon and watching TV. The free coffee and cookies. Cleanliness and breakfast. It was expensive for what you got.The breakfast could have been nicer. 'A bit far from downtown. At checkout, the receptionist said that we owed extra money and charged our creditcard. When queried it was a mistake and was reversed but we have ended up paying the currency conversion and credit card fees for 2 transactions. Lack of restaurant services. I spent 15 mins pressing the buzzer at 3am, freezing cold trying to get in.
