Staff is friendly and try to do their best to at least make stay in this horrible hotel more smoothly. Location is very bad - it is quite far from NuwAra Eliya so you need to take tuk-tuk to go there. Hotel was almost empty but they accommodated us in the room without balcony despite that there is promise that each room has a private balcony as described in letsbookhotel.com. Bathroom is very.
