The apartments are very comfortable and well located in front of the mall (El Corte Ingles store and two supermarkets), close to the old downtown (Torre de Serranos), with fast access to the main tourist attractions of Valencia and close to the underground. In spite of fact that you don´t have the daily facilities of an hotel, It is an excellent value for money and the apartment has a complete cookware and an equipped kitchen. Parking is free in front of the apartment and in some free places b.

A small donation would be a nice gesture of appreciation, as locals also do this. The apartment has everything you would need, including cleaning items and washing up liquid. All the sheets were fresh and extra blankets have a nice fragrance. We took the opportunity to do some laundry, and there was room to hang up laundry outdoors on the balcony (bring pegs . I liked the location, the staff, the price, as well. Turia Metro Station and bus stop from where you can reach to every part of the city max in 20 minutes, is just two minutes walk. It is very clean and practical, close to the city center and El Corte Ingles which is a huge supermarket where you can find almost everything you need. In addition, you can go to the city center with a great option of various buses to buy fress dairy products at El Mercado, a local stable market. I would definitely . We stayed at this apartment for a whole week. We definitely recommend this place. It has all the necessary facilities (microwave, fridge-freezer, cooker, air condition, spacious rooms). Moreover, it is quite central. You can easily reach the city centre either on foot or by bus. Valencia's Zoo (bioparco) is also within walking distance and just across the road there is a huge shopping centre with a convenient supermarket. The place is nice and clean and although in a very busy street, we rar. The apartment is cheap, clean and comfortable. There are a refrigerator, a washing machine, a stove, the iron, a ironing board and a large balcony. We were late, and the stuff had to wait for us. He was nice and kind. Pedestrian access the center of city. The bus stop to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias is near the apartment. The distance is about 10-15 min. Nice pizzeria is situated in the first floor of the building. The price was the best value considering the space which was more than enough. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped with washing machine and a terrace to hang clothes. Best for light packers. The staff was very helpful, even printed out our airline tickets and suggested things to do with children. Internet connection was excellent and the apartment felt very secure. We were fascinated by the conditions and the cleannest of the apartment. The kitchen and bath equipments are new and in order.It's the city center, near the old town, the metro is in 2 minutes' walk. There's a large mall and a supermarket opposite the appartment. The price is really friendly. The staff is nice, the appartment is reliable. The apartments were spacious, extremely clean and well-stocked. The two young men on staff the day we checked in were very helpful, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The apartment was very new (or newly renovated) extra clean and very nice, with just everything you would need. A place you would love staying also for an extended time, not only a few days. The bus stop is almost in front of the building and the metro is a 5 min walk. Even though it's on a large,busy road the windows keep the noise out. We were lucky to find a parking lot just in front of the Apartments and it was free but it may be difficult to find one from time to time. The location, the staff (not everybody speaks English, but everybody is willing to help), the supermarket just opposite, parking dense, but acceptable and free, appliances. It was the most quick and easy check-in experience we've ever had. It was very clean, well equiped with washer, drying rack, oven, stove top, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, flatware, large bath towels, dryer, comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and modern furnishings. The rooms were very clean with modern features / comforts. This was really just a 'place to sleep' for us, but it turned out to be a very nice spot for us. We would recommended to all visiting the area. It was very nice. One thing I would suggest is they provide a jug and cups. The washing machine was a big plus for travellers. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and there could be more options of a double bed instead of two single beds. The tea pot:) It was very small and as a couple of tea lovers, we had to boil water for many times to drink a cup of tea. Really nothing. However, having a kettle would have been much appreciated. Also, I suggest that after three to four days, the apartment is cleaned by the cleaning personnel. Boiler is weak and it's not enough hot water to take a shower for 2 ppls in a row. Weak wi-fi signal (almost none). My only quibble was that the shower was quite small in dimension. Sound insulation in the flat pretty average. Sofa bed dipped in the middle. No kettle). check in after 15:00. Good modern TV but it had no foreign channels. Although the apartments are said to be non-smoking, there was a permanent smell of cigarettes in the corridor, any time of the day. There could be more utensils in the kitchen (1 pot is not enough for cooking and making tea, as there's no kettle). The shower was sprinkling water all over and the mattress was too soft. Aircon needed to be replaced (happening during our visit). The wi-fi signal was too weak to connect which was a bit annoying as I was there for work purposes (though I was on the 9th floor - maybe it works better on the lower floors). The only downside was the annoying neighbours staying on the floor above who were loud and seemed to constantly move furniture but not really the staff's fault. Apt. is located near the huge road, so when you open the balcony you'll be stunning with awful noise. And if you don't use a/c (like we are) it'll be a problem when it's hot. There are no shelf in the shower box, so you must put your shampoo and other bath things on the floor! Very poor WI-FI signal and you must log in every time when you turn it on. The only thing that I did not like was that when we used the stove top we could only use one burner or the breaker would blow. Everything else was great!. Parking is a little difficult, depending on the time/day. There are not enough dishes, absent kettle, cups. Some of the days it was problem with Wi-Fi. Street itself felt a bit unsafe but could be just my perception. The wi - fi signal was poor. Nothing!. A safe would be nice?. The double bed was of good quality but is was shorter and narrower than a north american standard double or queen bed. No kettle in the kitchen , other is Good). All good. bathroom is small. Nothing. The internet connection. You must log-in in each time which is really irratating and also the connection dropped all the time. When I left they were fixing this internet connection. Could hear what was going on in room above, but it wasn't too noisy. Hob too small to use 2 larger pans at the same time. Tiled floors meant that whenever furniture was moved in surrounding apartments this was heard loudly. Pads on the foot of chairs etc would reduce this. Initially, when I made the reservation and I announced that we will arive between 22:00 and 23:00, they told me that check-in will end at 21:00.
