We visited Valenia off course ))). Helpful staff. cleanliness. Convenient for town, beach and modern area (oceanography etc). Staff very helpful and friendly. We liked everything, the hotel is a bit old, but very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak English quite well. The breakfast was good!. The interior of the room. It was actually a triple room for 2 persons with 2 rooms/2 tv. Very comfortable.

The servive desk was quit helpful since this was my first visit to Spain and I only knew a little spanish, in terms, of communications. Tamara.Hotel location was good, the hotel staff was excellent. There is a short walk from hotel to the impressive Calatrava buildings in the Turia park. It is good that there is a garage. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good position near to the aqauruim which is a must see third largest in the world. location ok for science side of town and when metro is completed out front will make accessability to rest of town good. Attend Photovoltaic exhibition. The Irish Bar man. Going home !. they were renovating it at the moment so there was a lot of noise starting in the morning, but a good chace to get up early ))). They will be renovating the hotel in November which will improve some services, like small inadequate lifts. Although staff good those in the restaurant only spoke spanish and there were misunderstandings with some clients. Were informed that this would be also be changed later.Visited during non session so it was undergoing repair, but for that kind of money it was really good. There was a bit of noise, because along the street on which the hotel is situated they are constructing a metro line. And it's a bit far from the centre of the city, but very close to The City Of Arts and Science.There were building works at the parking, but no noise/dust in the rooms. The balcony was dirty. It was like 30 min walk to the city center, but very close to city of arts. Not about the hotel as such but the adjacent road is under construction and a lot of noise and dust was generated. The hotel is on General Urruturia (road) which is undergoing major roadworks (ie the entire dual carriageway is closed) which may cause noise if you are on that side of the hotel. Luckily for us, we were not and so we didn't hear it at all. The hotel itself is undergoing major rennovation works. This didn't affect our room or stay, but could do if you are bothered about such things. on one day the maid left the balcony door open, though obviously an accident and turned the heating off quite a treat for us. The hotel is under reconstruction with some noise. Be aware that there is rebuilding work going on. Not too much of an inconvenience for us but some may find more annoying. Also, a new metro line is being constructed past the hotel which will make it noisy for people staying at the front.The lack of TV stations in English and the lack of sufficient english speaking personnel (although these were polite in their manners and tried to help as best as they could). They asked me to change the room after the first night.difficult to find. twin room not double bed! loud construction noise from out front. The breakfast was fair but not excellent for its price. Hotel being refurbished so there is constant work in progress. Whenready will surely be much better.Restaurant poor menu,rennovations in progress. There is at this time extensive road works at the front of the hotel and car access is poor also a lot of noise this will not be finished until July 2007. the hotel was in the middle of re-furbishment and the room i got was one of the un-refurbished rooms which were vastly inferior to the new rooms yet i still payed top dollar. old furniture and the fact that i didn't know that they were renovating the hotel(a lot of dirt and noise). The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbish which meant that half of it is a building site, plus there is major roadwork construction taking place directly outside. I hope when the hotel is finished,it has more modern facilities and staff.
