We appreciated the central location of the hotel in Valencia. Close to city and Satff very helpful. Friendly, attentive staff. The location was excellent, less than 2 minutes from the Plaza Ayuntamiento and then on into the Old City. Equally convenient for restaurants and bars, museums and the theatre. The rooms were more than adequate and the beds were firm and comfortable, just how I like them. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even helping with my Spanish on occasion. Good choice on the breakfast buffet.

But the breakfast could have had a richer choice of food and the breakfast area could be a bit bigger (including here the tables and chairs). Nice bathroom, but very small everything, including not enough space between toilet and sink.Yes. I missed the breakfast as it starts 9am, and I had to go out before this time. I think it would be more appropriate if it started earlier (maybe 7.30am?) and finished earlier. The noise in the room, you can hear everything from the contiguous rooms.no individual air conditioning, may be cold in winter season. I had a room with a window which was smoked glass, couldn't see out.size of the room, lack of hair dryer, iron and cofee maker. The room was small, the bathroom smaller still.Breakfast, shower too small, matrasses very hard. the bathroom sink was leaking and the hotel did not fix it nor provide towels to mop up the water that leaked.Noise...Noise between room and room was interupting my sleep.
