The location was excellent, near Place de Virgen so very central. The staff were outstanding - not all speaking English but still going out of their way to be helpful. We were a group of 4 friends and all felt the same. Rooms had a seating area too which was very pleasant. Despite negatives I mention, we would all return to this hotel. The room was exactly as described, we had a suite room with a regular double bed and a very big sofa, the room was really nice and the also the bathroom had a very big shower! Nice breakfast outside. The staff was also really helpfull and give us lots of information.

Our room did also open (only) onto inner terrace which was the smoking area.... Nothing!. Nothing. Because there are so many one way streets, it can get a little challenging- a written route to get in would be helpful. Sometimes conversations in the common area echo because of the building type so it can be a little loud late at night. The environment more than makes up for it. No parking, but found free parking at the old river bed, just a 10minute walk away. We knew this would be the case before we arrived, so it wasn't a problem. Nothing. Nothing much we didn't like. The wifi didn't work every where in the room. Nothing really. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Would have liked more variation for breakfast. Towels placed on the floor for changing were not changed but just hanged again. A bit pricy for what you get - even considering the season. - no change of towels. Nothing. Breakfast was on the small side. The WiFi was not working very good. Small, close quarters. High sill of the frontdoor. there could be refrigarator and slippers in the room.
