The staff was very helpful and kind, the location was perfect in walking distance from the town center, 50m from metro station, easy to go anywhere. The cleaning ladies cleaned every day and were very helpful. The apartments are quite new, so are in very good condition. There is free internet in the lobby. The apartments are only a few minutes walk from the metro line that goes to the airport.

No guest directory in the rooms to advise of local services and restuarants.hot water wasn't enough for two showers - they probably would have fixed it for us if we had asked at the desk, but we didn't. -it wasnt that I didnt like this but maybe a tea towell or two to dry dishes would be handy for the kitchen/s otherwise the rooms were perfect.Two things: First, before 12 the cleaning lady shouldn't ask the guests when they are leaving when rules allow staying until 12. We were asked at 10.30. Second, we didn't know that toilet staff - shampoo and soap - is not available in the bathrooms and we didn't have anything of this kind with us, and this was a little bit unconfortable. This was surprising to me. The water heater was set on a power saving mode, which I actually support, but the water was not enough for the two of us to have a bath one after the other.Shower was feeble (reported to staff), sound-proofing imperfect. The hotel was noisy due to inconsiderate guests, which made it difficult for sleeping.the hot water was heated by individual heaters and ours could only just heat enough water for two showers. No english speaking channels on TV. Cloths for kitchen not changed over 4 days duration of stay.stove would trip the power if more than one hot plate was on. The shower head looks lovely but the water pressure is very poor.I felt ithe kitchen was short of an oven, thought that would be more useful than a dish washer. The room was on the street front and was quite noisy. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We slept on the sofa bed which was less uncomfortable.our 1st room had a nonfunctioning sofa bed so we had to be switched. the hot water didnt work well. There was not enough warm water for two showers.I recommend to everyone who will be visiting Valencia.Great location 2 minutes from metro station coming from the airport and 10 minutes lovely walk to the city centre. Some little things could be better, mattress was a bit hard and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom. But in general it was very good.Depending on your neighbours the rooms can be quite noisy (the sound insulation seems to be poor). In my case it was noisy up to midnight but then it was fine. No cups for coffee in room,or a pot to boil pasta. Asked the staff if they could help with two cups and pot. They just shugged their shoulders! We stayed so we could enjoy Valencia and eat and eat and cook in our room.Walls are made of paper, I could hear everything from the neighbours. Iwas unlucky to have a gang of 3 or 4 guys that made a lot of noise.Hotel offer to change rooms, but at 11 pm on the last day (instead of 10am when we complained about the night before). Apart from that, the restwas perfect. A little bit noisyat times.Could use a drinks/snack automat. No soap/shower gell in the bathroom.
