The professionalism of your staff, the cleanliness of both the public areas and my room. The value for money and convenience to the centre of town. The cafeterria offered an excellent selection of food. A differentevening menu would have been nice.Friendly staff, comfortable bed and large bedrooms, excellent breakfast. Staff on reception were efficient rather than welcoming but all other staff were excellent. The hotel, particularly the bedroom was spotless. Food was fine and reasonably priced. Helpful staff.Nice hotel, the taxi ride from Seville was only about 5 euro and taxis were always available. It was more a business hotel than for holidays but we were there for friends that were getting married close by so it suited us. The staff were ok but not overly friendly. The loddy was cold when waiting for fellow guests. Not central location- 15 min bus ride into to Seville centre - not very convenient for night visits. However we chose it for its closeness to the main railway station. This hotel is good for short visits or passing through - opposite main railway station. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on checking out so that we could visit Seville the following morning. Only stayed 1 night. Wi-fi connection in the room didn't work well.no taxi's at htel entrance. Had to walk a block in rain, but did get one!. The cheapest option for internet in the hotel room is eur 20.Needs a bit of soundproofing. It was a bit impersonal, but good for its purpose.The sound proofing of the room left a little to be desired. Occidental sounds too much like Accidental - Accidental Sevilla in turn sounds like a Spanish ER.Surprisingly far from the old town, no way a walking distance.. Very bad coffee for breakfast...
