They include an LCD TV, ironing facilities and a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and fridge. The original wood-framed windows open out onto a small balcony overlooking the street. Living Sevilla Apartments Catedral is within less than 10 minutes’ walk of some of the city’s main landmarks, including the Torre del Oro, the Alcázar and the University of Seville. The apartments are also well-connected with a tram stop just 250 metres away on Plaza Nueva. Visitors can take the tram to Prado de San Sebastián bus station, with services within Andalusia and other Spanish destinations, including Barcelona, Cartagena and Murcia. The Santa Justa Train Station with high-speed trains to Madrid is about 25 minutes’ walk away.

The apartment was literally right around the corner from the Cathedral. Plenty of room to relax. Loved our stay. It was great to have the feeling of coming and going whenever we wanted. We've always stayed at hotels, but this was great. We will try to get this place again when we go back. This studio apartment was full of character, we absolutely fell in love with it. Excellent location only a couple of min to the cathedral and Seville's centre. The facilities at the apartment were great with a fully functioning fridge and washing machine which was awesome.

Good kitchen(equipment) and everything is new and clean. The cathedral is around the corner and there are also plenty of bars/cafes. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Location can't be better than this if you want to stay close to tourist attractions. Very clean. Perfect location, kitchen and all other necessary things to cook, people who clean rooms were really nice even though they don't speak English at all. Nice to have an apartment with a washing machine and kitchen. Close to city centre and major attractions. Great central location for all Sevilla's attractions, Good value foos all around. The location was perfect. The location was good for site seeing but bad for noise. The WIFI wasn't working during our stay which was very inconvenient, however, the owners were very accommodating and suggested some solutions. The airco was great but he had a hard time to cool the room is it's 40 outside. Poor air conditioning. Sofa bed is uncomfortable. You have to be at the apartment exactly at the time you suggest(which, of course, is really difficult when you travel abroad) . I missed the time and had to wait more than 2 hours to checkin. Wasted my precious hours in sevilla just waiting in Starbucks since I couldn't move with my big baggage. Narrow stairs made bringing luggage up a challenge. One apartment has a bunk bed which is difficult to negotiate (for an older couple). Navigating a car to the apartment. The stairs were a little difficult to negotiate - very steep. Noisy, the Wi-fi didn't work, and the washing machine was screwed up (wouldn't finish the spin cycle). Asked for the Wi-fi to be repaired but they had staffing issues that day and never did get fixed. It was my least favorite place during my three week stay, but it you are a night person and want to be where the action is then you might really like the place.
