People at reception were very friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception is nice! As is the free internet. The building itself is lovely, and the location fantastic, right in the main shopping area, very lively. However, I didn't find the place too noisy as the hostal is located on a quiet side street off a busy street. We liked the hotel staff and the location very much. Also the hostel felt like a hotel, which we liked.all reviews »
THe service. The hotel was in a quaint building, good location to walk to the city and sights too. The building is very typical of older places in Spain and has a wonderful central open space so you can look right up to the roof from the ground floor. Staff very helpful. Internet free phone and coffee available 24 hrs a day. all the staff were very friendly and helpful, free internet and international calls!!!. Very nice, I had no problems at all. Excellent position in main just at the main shopping street.Very coasy and friendly staff. Breakfast was quite OK, but on the hostel and not hotel level.Friendly staff and guests. Located right in centre of city. Good value for money. All was fine. Beds could be more comfortable.Well positioned in the heart of old Seville. Inadequate heating. Plumbing a bit prehistoric. Their hotel in Torremolenos/Malaga as recommended to us but it turned out to be a disaster. It was a bit too noisy on the street below our window but only due to workers. One night we didn't have water.No hot water in wash basins 90% of time. Kitchen could be more organized.Rooms old and musty - window did not open so no fresh air.

Travelling information
By Air:
The hotel is approximately 13 km from San Pablo Airport. Taxis are readily available just outside the airport and the journey from the airport to the hotel should take about 30 minutes. Ask the taxi driver to drop you off at La Campana. From La Campana, head down Calle Sierpes, just before McDonalds, and take the second left onto Calle Azofaifo, the small side street where the hotel is located.
By Bus (from the airport or from San Sebastian bus stop):
Take the airport bus and get off at the last stop (Calle Jose Maria Osborne). As you are facing the traffic, walk straight ahead and enter the small passage between the 2 buildings after you have crossed the car park. At the end of the passage, you will reach a main street, Calle Menendez Pelayo, cross this street and continue straight on until you reach a subway. Enter the subway and follow it until you reach Avenida de la Constitucion. Keep on walking until you reach Plaza de San Francisco (where the horses are). You will reach a fork in the road, take the right-hand fork and enter Calle Sierpes. Carry walking straight on until you reach the second optician’s (Visionlab) on the right. On the corner just before the optician’s is Calle Azofaifo, where the hotel is located.
By Train:
Once you arrive at Santa Justa train station, take the number 32 bus and get off at the last stop, Plaza de Encarnacion. From this stop, head straight on and turn left just before the McDonalds on to Calle Sierpes. Take the second left onto Calle Azofaifo, the small side street where the hotel is located.
