Front of house staff and barman, Gerard, are excellent. Good location and excellent price. I have stayed there before and will do again. What more can one say!!!. Had a fantastic time, the staff were so friebdly and helpful and our room had a gorgeous spa bath that was lovely to relax in after a lng day sightseeing!. very modern and trendy designed hotel. Excellent location close to beach and marina, close to train station for travel to Barcelona. Close enough to Portaventura and good value family room booked with plenty of room.

Great price. Very friendly, quality hotel at very affordable price. great room, indoor pool warm, nice place to stay. The hotel was in a good spot in the town, but yet it was not noisy. Bed’s in the superior room were 2 meters wide, and the room was very comfortable and clean. 2 mins to beach. Great big shower in superior room, along witha Jacuzzi bath. People working in the bar and restaurant were really friendly and helpful, especially one guy (Gerard) who gave us a lot of good tips on where. We had the standard room but was still really impressed.Very clean, smart. Hair dryer was a professional one, not one of those little travel ones, ladies don't bother taking yours as theres is really powerful. Staff were all really nice, booked taxi's, found train times etc. Food in resteraunt amazing!! 2 mins away from beach. Bar staff lovely! Once we discovered the resturant in the hotel, we ate there lunch and dinner - normally on holidays eating at the hotel is something ou never do as you want to experiendce the food and town. Not in Salou's case. hothing i would advise you to take this hotel off your web site. Bar closes at 23.30 hours and not open in afternoon. Te charge on the outdoor spa was quite expensive 25 euro for half an hour...but the spa was massive!. the additional charges for use of their leisure facilities. There is a new apartment building being built close by which will enhance the street but at moment will create some noise. However, this would not stop us recommending the hotel.The use of the sauna should have been free of charge. The pool area needs some remodeling. Would have liked a better view, as rooms in the new section of the hotel were facing other apartments and a rail track.walls seem quite thin, wasn't that bad as mostly business men so quiet but in hallway quite loud plus bed isn't attached to the wall so if on a romantic break that plus thin walls can be quite embarrasing! only bad points tho!! Would stay there again. very small swimming pool and gym.Coffee from machine at breakfast. No tea or coffee making facilties in hotel room.The pillows were very hard and the walls a bit thin. If booking direct the price is nearly doubled. New road layout makesit difficult to get to. Car park is now 100 yards away and it doesrain in Spain.Please provide a wall mirror in the room preferably in front of the desk for blowing one´s hair and make up. Slow at reception check out. absolutely no choice of fresh vegetables at breakfast, construction works around (but it was not noisy). price of parking. in need of refurbishment in parts, insufficient sun loungers. The ladies at the front desk refused our request for a second towel for our rooms. They originally said there was none left but later revealed they would not supply them as they thought we were taking them to the beach. After a lot of sweat and effort, we got our towels but this is something we should not have had to experience in a four star hotel.the hotel rooms was to small to noisey at night no lift some times.
