Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Excellant comunications with hotel and staff were friendly and polite. Staff were very efficient. Food was of good quality and choice. I can never understand why any hotel fits a safe in your room and then wants 5 euros a day to use this facility. Surely when you pay for a room you should expect this to include the use of all facilities fitted therein. This is afterall fundamental to protecting the hotels integrity. beds are, in principle, OK but still it is an issue to be improved. The entrance line in the breakfast.the small elevators.the TV instead of LCD. the toillet was defect; we told about this at the reception and we wrote a note on a paper on the toillet top; nobody fix it, in a five days! the heating sistem was ok just in the badroom, no in the living; expensive internet; the swimming pool isn't open in the morning or in the evening, and the wather is to cold! cold wather is in the sea, to;and it's free.The breakfast. The room had twin beds, none of the pictures showed twin beds, our little children sleep in bed with us on holiday and we were panicked they might fall out on hard floor, we had to change rooms on the 2nd day and pay 50 euros per night extra for the privelidge.yes.If you get at the buffet near the time they are closing, they will let you in, charge the full price, but they will remove the food and start cleaning on time. They will not wait for the guests to finish. And if you complain, they will say they are right. So, if the dinner finesh at 10:00pm, make sure you are there at 9:30. The wellness center are open only 3 hour (when you are on the beach). All services, except pool are for additional charge.1) relatively expensive, 2) need to pay for such small things like pool/beach towels and safety deposit box in the room, 3) did not nderstood the difference between triple and quadruple rooms (seems to have same rooms with same facilities, except for extra blankets for the 4th person for the latter). The swimming pool was very cold you could not swim in this pool very dissappointing for my four year old son.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 10 km from Costa Daurada’s Reus Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport.

By Train:
There are train stations in Salou, Reus and Tarragona, as well as at Port Aventura.

By Car:
- From the motorway, take exit 35 and then follow the C-31B towards Salou (this is the Reus – Salou dual carriageway).
- On entering Salou, turn right onto Carrer de Lleida and follow this road down towards the sea for 0.5 km until you come to the seafront promenade (Passeig Jaume I).
- Turn right onto the seafront promenade (Passeig Jaume I).
- Then take the 5th right onto Carrer de Pere ‘el Gran’.
