The friendly staff were all very welcoming. Diego gave us great recommendations and mapped out top spots in ibiza. The design of this small hotel was very cool with a music theme and Miami retro vibe. Rooms were comfortable and clean and had spa-like minimalist decor, plus cool art. The sea view rooms have balconies overlooking pool and beach. The pool DJ was great and didn't blast music too loudly like they did at Ushuaia. The theme and decor throughout are stylish, cool and with a very relaxing Miami Beach vibe. It has the best of both world's situated right on the beach and with a stunning pool area. It's a perfect location for Space and Ushuaia but ideal when you want to relax and get some sun or sleep. The apartments have a mini kitchen and bar area which is ideal for having friends over before going out. Amazing hotel with a great design. It was the end of the season and sometimes you could tell the staff were over it. On the first night despite there being two people behind the bar I waited 10 minutes to get served before going to eat elsewhere. I didn't like the morning breakfast stuff. I suggest to stay in the hotel but have a breakfast outside the hotel, there are many options next door. The sea access is from a public beach - nice beach, you can rent an umbrella and sunbed. But PLEASE do not take any valuable items with you on the beach. There are many thiefs in Ibiza. My iPhone and money were stolen in seconds. Be careful! Leave your phones and cameras in the room. There is not much not to like. The price quality ratio is excellent. You have to pay for sunloungers and there are no full length mirrors in the rooms. I have nothing bad to say about this place!. There were a couple of teething problems, like door handle being stiff, but nothing of major concern and to be expected with new hotels. We would love to stay at Santos again!. No full length mirror. Shower screen badly designed every time you showered the whole bathroom floor became covered in water. Housekeeping don't wash any used crockery/glasses they just clean the bedroom and bathroom. I think for the price you pay this should be done. Also the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours too loudly. Slow service for food and drinks. Wasn't keen on having to have a shower by the pool on our last day as had to leave our room at midday . In a quality resort as this really need to cater for clients who have evening flights. Could do with shower facilities . Occasional smell of drains from the kitchen sink. It was opening weekend and due to the storm they lost a few critical days so the all the bugs weren't worked out but the staff went above and beyond to help solve any problems which made the stay pleasant. I expect the place is 100% up to speed in the next week. Pool was too deep as I don't swim! :-( Rooms little but smaller than looked on website. Doors not locking properly. The service in the bar was dreadful, didnt speak English very well and most times we waited 45 mins to an hour for food and drinks Also spending £400 a night between our group on our room and having one of the group having to sleep on the floor wasnt really good enough Also we had to vacate our room at 12pm, we didnt leave for the airport until 11.45pm and there was nowhere where we could have a shower apart from the freezing cold showers in the dark in the pool area. A bit over priced for what you you got, basic but functional apartments. Pool closed cloudy and yuk when we arrived ...police came and put notice on the music and speakers ......so no music ......staff were rude and really didn't care for you there was two male staff at the bar were the only ones that had a go to make you feel welcome . but the rest need a kick in the bum and there was a terrible smell in the front desk . Walls very thin we could here every thing if you no what I mean :). staff. Arogant and ineffective staff at bar/restaurant Terrible and loud music Double check all bills before you pay - tend to add extras... Staff acted like we didnt exist Two twin beds instead of a double bed Beach was not nice to lounge on Beach club wouldnt allow your own water No water provided Door difficult to lock Location of room poor.
