The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance Fantastic value for money. We will be back and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family !. Well it vas centrally located. The pool, the whirlpool and the sauna on the 7 th. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed. It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13 allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

The proximity of the hotel to all amenities of the resort and with just a short walk to the sea front ensured a very enjoyable stay. Excellent staff and very nice hotel. The big well equipped rooms. Useful location. Giving us a room when we arrived, before noon. well i stayed there many times is in a good location and its clean.breakfast is great. Large clean rooms. Nice and quiet hotel. Very central. staff. The rooms and hotel lobby are spacious. The facilities in the room are up to standard. I love the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. It is a fit for all purposes. The very large room and comfortable bed. Efficient check-in and -out. Breakfast is ok, but should be open to 11:00 AM. The pool area was a bonus but the downside was ALL the sun- loungers needed to be replaced for new ones as they were in a terrible condition and were not comfortable to relax on. There was no balcony, however it was possible to take the elevator up to the pool area and sit and enjoy the wiev from there. Only one thing was anoying me and that was the elevator of which there was 3, when it arrived to my floor and there were people in it I had to ask them "are you going up or down" it was not possible to see it on the arrow lamps over the doors. lack of free parking. the claustrophobic breakfast room. Reception staff not ver friendly. The view from our room, over a nearly empty shopping centre. nothing special. Wifi not available in all rooms. Bar never open, which was a bit odd. sun beds need replacing. swimming room (too small). The Internet was erratic and has weak signals mostly. It is not available in some rooms. A disappointing breakfast, in a crowded dining-room. Unwilling receptionist - not very interested in supplying towels missing from room, and without timetables for buses to airport (in a 4* hotel!) Generally bare appearance - foyer a great bare empty room, quite unlike other 4* hotels in the town, with flowers, trees, pools, etc in the foyer. Corridors and room bare, and no view from the room - just an ugly interior courtyard. Not a good location -out of the centre in a dreary district. WiFi on and off. Even you pay extra. No balcony Shutters on windows Pool on roof Having to wait for water to come in room.
