Really nice hotel to stay in, I would highly recommend to anyone. very clean, very friendly, lovely rooms. nice pool area. Perfect location and not far from the main historical areas. Opposite the Harbour with a great view. Don't be affraid to book here you wont regret it. Very friendly and helpful staff,superior double room was excellent, did not use the bar area but it looked well frequented with a nice ambience.

Position on waterfront and proximatity to Palma centre.Just a tea/coffee facility in the room. I would have liked an half board option but I understand this is only available to group bookings.Only complaint was that the only tv channels in English were news channels. A lot of other channels for German, Italian and obviously Spanish but on English news channels, which just tends to repeat themselves every hour. The hotel bar was a bit disappointing – not really problem as there are loads of excellent bars in Palma - however I think it could do with being updated.Staff at the pool restaurant were not as helpful but this may have been because they were anxious to close up at 4.30 in the afternoon. The balcony wall were solid and you could not see the view when you weresitting down on the balcony.Slightly noisy because of busy street, but Definitely worth it for the view - and with airconditioning could close the doors if wanted and excellent sound proofing. Expensive Internet access.Daily cleaning and room maintenance was not always precise. Sometimes soap was missing or toilet paper dirty. room was on the 13th floor, would have preferred if the balcony rail was a bit higher. Was informed by reception that we didn't have to check out until 4pm but on the day we had to rush to be out by 12pm. bed was a little hard for my taste. Reception always had a big queue - staff were harassed and had littletime for your enquiry. the wait at the reception desk was too long, and staff were not very friendly though helpful. No toiletries in the bathroom.Balcony not suitable for children or drunk people!. during our stay the electricity was off for a considerable period. the corridors were pitch black. this could have been handled better by the hotel.room too warm at night -- a/c not available. The outside of the hotel could do with a face lift! The paint flakingoff is a shame, as the position of hotel is great, right on sea front!Also the sun leaves the pool area just before five, as the hotel nextdoor is higher, but on the positive front, too much sun is not good foryou anyway!!. Reception was slow. I believe this was more down to the computer system than people. Hotel from the outside is not anywhere as nice as from the inside. This was only an issue when you want to enjoy the seaview from the balcony and all you can see is flaking paints from the walls. The breakfast sessions could have been a bit better organised, loads of tables not cleared and guests wandering arround looking for a table to sit down at and have their breakfast, You always had to wait at reception to be seen - when we arrived we had to wait for over 20 minutes to check in - not enough staff on duty.Apart from on Reception and the bar tender, the rest of the hotel staffwere not very friendly at all. They definately need to smile more :~). Reception generally not enough staff on made things very slow. Only negative was the road noise , not applicable while in the room due to double glazing but always there when sitting on the balcony , offset though by superb view. Slightly tired looking on the outside.
