Please note, the hotel's parking is accessed by a vehicle lift and cannot accommodate larger cars. Access to the car park is not available from 14:30 to 03:00. You can drive to the closest Municipal Car Park, underneath Plaza España, via Cruz Street. Please note that access to the hotel via Diputación Street is closed from 17:00 to 03:00 daily, when the street becomes pedestrianised. Please note that disabled access to the hotel is via a side entrance. Please note that the pool area is not accessible for guests in a wheelchair. We remind guests that smoking is not allowed within the facilities (except terrace/solarium and breakfast terrace).
