It is a cool location directly at the beach and has a nice pool on the roof - we loved the place (for this money :)) even though we stayed only one night. Location to beach. Great view of the sea.I can recomend this hotel, great location, good personel ( no disturb your stay in APARTMENT (no hotel). Very spacious apartment and balcony, beautifully clean. Attractive entrance and staircase and floors. Lift very useful. Manager, Julia is charming and very helpful.

The apartment are very handy to the beach and are safe. Close to the beach and restaurants. The wonderful location (it is just in front of Burriana playa, thelargest beach in Nerja). The apartments are large and well equipped.There is a small pool on the top of the building and a very largesolarium with umbrellas with a fantastic view on the sea. Sea view.The location and a 2 bed apartment worked better for us with an elderly relative travelling with us than 2 hotel rooms would have. The views from the hotel. When I arrived to check, I had to wait like 10 minutes outside because the office door was locked and nobody picked up the phone. The twinbed !!!(UNCOMFORTABLE), and becareful for noisy neighbor. A bathroom seemed to be situated immediately above one of the bedrooms which made for a noisy experience when it was used during the night. Not enough water for 2 baths!. We were disappointed not to have a balcony (but were offered the chance to upgrade if we wished). Our apartment was at the back of the building, so there was no view and the road outside, though not busy, was a bit of a race-track for boy-racers so at times, it got quite noisy. The huge steel entrance doors, which other guests leave to slam shut, woke us each morning. Although there appeared to be vents for air conditioning, there were no controls, so presumably no a/c. TV had a freeview box which showed around 200 German channels, but no English ones; no washing up liquid or dishcloths provided.Very hard beds!. Twin beds!!. few more glasses. not enough information about obtaining the keys when office not open,had to ask around,bar next door very helpful, he said it happens all the time. No staff available when we arrived. Dodgy trying to get your key in the front door, took us over an hour to get into the apartment. The reception was only open for a short time but they were very good and trusted us to leave the money in the room because the reception was closed on Sundays. Our room was not ready when we arrived. Also air conditioning would be good as it was very hot., needs some internal maintainance , no air conditioning ,. I think there should be somebody to give you the keys it was a bit rude.I have no complaints to be honest. The reception staff only work 3 hours a day? They were never there when we needed them. The room needs some updating/ decoration, otherwise comfortable.Sofabed had a big tear down the middle of it and it looked old and it was uncomfortable. office closed on arrival, apartment not available so put up in another apartment, in my case was better, however i saw many dissapointed people due to mix up with the booking. The reception opens at 5pm(!!) you have to ask the key to a bar next tothe reception - and they give it to you without asking documents!!Afterthe 1st night we had to move to another apt. Although we booked veryearly.They promised to change the towels on saturday but no new towelwas provided! No air conditioning and the rooms are hot also in thenight.Apartments on the back are noisy at night. very basic, no air conditioning. Office not manned in morning, only from 17.15 No hot water for 48hours, then hot water tank leaking into electrics and into bedroom. Emergency phone no did not work so left with dangerous leak for another 48 hours before we could get hold of anyone. After 5 days moved to another apartment.6 days out of 7 time each day trying to get hold of office staff. In end negociated a discount for inconvenie. All towels should be replaced immediately. Hotel reception was closed when we arrived and when we left.The apartment was to be ready for 10:00am. The hotel receptionist did not turn up till 10:30. The room my family and I was staying in had no clean towels. My mother and fathers room was not cleaned. As we where all due at a wedding in Nerja at 12:30, this was a big problem. There was no one to show us into the apartment (the office was closed) and we had to find a neighbouring bar owner to give us our keys. The apartment was very basic and kitchen appliances were either broken or non-existant. You would certainly not be able to self cater here without bringing/buying extra crockery etc.After our booking was confirmed we were asked to pay extra for a price quote error. Not enough cutlery/ utensils. Towels were not chamged frequently enough Could not get into hotel on arrival, had to make phone calls etc Inadequate equipment.
