  We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility.   The hotel is excellently situated for the beach. You can walk into either Marbella or Puerto Banus quite easily on the flat.
