The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Everything I asked for and about was immediately and willingly dealt with - it was lovely to arrive late at night and be greeted with a smile! The breakfast too was very good. Hotel's location suited perfectly and the price was reasonable. This hotel was in a perfect location for all the sites and shopping in Malaga. The staff were superb. The food excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The floor in my room was too cold, anyway the temperature in the room could be much higher.It's almost opposite the Central Market which is being reconstructed so it's a bit noisy. It may be more so when the market is completed. No air conditioning in hotel outside of rooms especially in the dining room.The room was terribly noisy. We were puzzled by the mysterious disappearance of the complimentary dressing gown after three days, and the non opening of the bar and restaurant during our stay, Also some people may find the noise from the renovation work on the market disturbing - it starts at 6.00am!But we'd still come again.bar could have been open more. My room was on the second floor and it was quite noisy. The beds weren't that great either. Dining area too warm. No drawers or places to put things in bedroom. Road noisy kept us awake.Why there is not free parking place of the Hotel? It was the only disadvantege. We think their breakfast was quite expensive so we didn't take it (it is not included in the room rate). Maybe it is a big buffet breakfast but why not serve a simple coffee and croissant breakfast for a few euros? Anyway it was no problem as we could have it just round the corner.Very thin walls, you can hear when your neighbours are taking a shower, even if they are on different floors. Breakfast was not impressive (but still pay handsomely for it).
