One of the best views I've ever seen at a hotel. It's just 3 minutes walking distance to the pubs, clubs and beach. Good swimming pool, many places to sunbathe, many youngsters but also older people so it was never over the top partying that would get people annoyed. Drink prices at the bar were good. Excellent value for money. The hotel was really clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

Over all the stay was good could not fault anything its not for familys with young children but for fun and good time with all ages its the place to stay. The view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly when I was ill. The view from the dining room and that side of the hotel are absolutely magnificent. There was always a good variety of food provided. Stayed here for one week in June 2013, the Hotel was very dated and the reception staff were not very friendly. The reception desk was usually only manned by one person, they didn't always speak good english which was frustrating at times. The arrivals brief was not welcoming and only gave very basic info about the hotel and the facilities. The receptionist failed to mention anything about the WIFI, safety deposit box or laundry facilities etc which could have been explained in twenty seconds. We had 2 single beds instead of a double bed. Only a slight negative. It's up a hill so after a night out or with abit of a hangover it's a pain walking up it. Lots of lifts to access rooms,pool and restaurant. If not then lots of stairs!! Steep Hill to climb to get back to hotel which could be a problem for older unfit people. No aircon! Terrible in the middle of summer. Room was quite small but quite large bathroom. The noise at night from all the drunk people. Room is very hot, with no circulation of air in it. Bathroom has no window, and after showering it looks like a sauna. Too many youngsters unaccompanied by adults who were rude and made too much noise into the early hours of the morning. No complaints. Nothing. Noise... someone was moving furniture around in the room above mine (not sure if it was the cleaning staff, because it was way to early, before 9 o'clock in the morning!). Another thing was people coming back from a night out screaming in the corridors and slamming the doors at 4 o'clock in the morning. The staff did their best, but if your plan is a relaxing trip during the summer season, I heard this happens a lot there, so i would not recommend. The noise generated by the schoolie types, it's predominantly a party hotel where young people are partying all night. We were woken up both nights by kids running around, screaming, yelling and singing in the early hours of the morning.The "worst" side of Magalluf, at this time of year anyway is close by. Wouldn't go at this time of year again as a mature couple. Perhaps there could be a bar in the lounge/reception area. No facilities other than pool and bar.
