  I just stayed for one night. Has a very central location and the room is correct. We stayed in a family room whit four beds and a bathroom. Next time in Madrid, i will come back! - The views are amazing, The location!, Nice water pressure

  The hostel is located in the city centre, 2 minutes from the metro Opera, the Palacio Real, 5 minutes walk to the Gran via, and 15 to the Prado Museum. Near many cafes and bars where you can eat and drink. We had a room with three beds, air conditioning, safety Deposit box (1 euro), tv, free wi-fi. The room was small but clean. Cleaned the room every day, but towels for three days is not ch - Location was great - in the historic city centre, you can enjoy a walk to many places of interest. Opera metro station is just 1 minute from hostel. 24 hours supermarket is almost next door. My window was on pedestrian street Arenal, where people are walking all night long, but it wasn't noisy, I easily fell asleep (with closed window). Very safe district of Madrid.   Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangel... what people say » ico for $12 which is much more in the states. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like being at home rather then a privat mini hotel (especially after four days). The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh towels (to my very own surpise). It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby.   Excellent location near the Metro and many restaurants. Friendly, helpful people at the front desk who helped make dinner reservations for us. Good WiFi in our room.   Family managed and run delightful, helpful and friendly place to break one's journey ... As a gay couple with our new born premature babies, we were looked after wonderfully. The shuttle bus turned up as promised and returned us the short journey to Madrid Airport. A small fold away baby bed with lovely bedding was provided immediately. Just a few minutes walk to the town square, where we ate in the evening, made some baby item purchases, on our arrival. - If you are stopping over in Madrid, this is the place to stay. A brilliant place in what is a quaint, quiet little village, but literally 15 minutes to your terminal for flights. You are picked up in a mini bus, and dropped back in time for your flight. Efficient, clean, and well appointed. One of the few places we found that had a fridge. Considering how close you are to the airport it is very quiet. Having double glazing ensures a quiet location.
