The shower!! Friendly and welcoming receptionists. Modern and comfortable.Excellent location, bang in the middle of Madrid!. Helpful receptionists, strongbox in room, excellent shower, good choice at breakfast buffet.The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean with adequate space. When you shut the window the noise outside was cut to a minimum, so no trouble sleeping.
