We were changed to the Husa Princesa, which is the same building but a 5star hotel. Staff was incredible. The service room and facilites at the hotel were also great, just one thing, the minibar at the room must change the method of billing, because when you move something just to see what it is you are automatically charged. the staff was willing to assist when asked for informarion. the location was very desireable.

Location. the noise level in he middle of the night was very high. i believe it came from the trash dumpsters being emptied and repositioned. I Thought Meals was Expensive and the Mini Bar in the room was to expensive. Very expensive breakfast. 5 star hotel charging on the use of the internet with rediculous prices, should be part of the packgage.No free WiFi. Room was too warm even with heat set all the way down.Opened window but then heard more street noise. All food very expensive. The pool area is very dark and not inviting.Windows cannot be opened, heating system is not so good. rugs. Furnishings and fittings were showing their age though still fit for use. Bathroom constantly smelt of sewage. Problems ordering room service due to language difficulties.more visible bar / restaurant, with more competitive prices. There was no internet in the room; even when we paid for wireless internet connection (which was rather expensive), we had to go to lobby to be able to use it.Breakfast was very exepensive (25€). high price of internet use. quakity of towels. Services were way to expensive. Breakfast buffet was available for about 19 euros, internet was nearly 15 euros a day or 9 euros per hour and similar situation with items in the minibar (small bottle of water was about 3-4 euros while you can get a 1.5 liter bottle at the nearby "El Corte Ingles" for 0.28 euros (28 cents!). In addition, the convertion rate dollar-euro the hotel offered was way off. the cost of using the internet. We would have been charged €5.80 for a minimum of 30 mins for use with a printer when we just wanted to check in our flight. This service should be free or at worst have a nominal charge. The safety box was out of order, staff was not very helpful. Everything else: small room, no internet (9Euro/hour at a 4 starhotel?!?), small bath, the doorknobs got jammed, waited 30 min untilsomeone came and we could use the bathroom, the pool was filthy... All-in-all, this was no 4 star hotel. 2 stars tops, and one's for the locationand the fact that the bathroom is in the room. You can do better!.
