The room was modern, well-equipped, and the concierge services (insuggesting restaurants and securing reservations) were invaluable. Also,the location of the hotel is perfect -- in the middle of things, butaway from the noisy center of Puerta del Sol. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Very Central for Plaza del Sol, and very good restaurants. Free internet access and free late check-out available. locatoin and veiw out of our lovely corner room, and the rate for the location and quality of the property.It was convenient and very nice for the price. location and eberything else. Obviously, not the hotel's fault, but by virtue of its location it was noisy. breakfast disappointing. room rather small. air conditioning did not work well and room smaller than thought, also many sharp corners in room that stick out , like ends of bed, that are not friendly when one bumps into them. Very small rooms and have to modify slats on aircon to ensure room wascomfortable. room to small, internet was not accessible. The rooms are very noisy due to traffic and pedestrians during the night, especially on weekends. The windows are not glazed and there is no protection to prevent the noise coming in. There is also limited noise protection from other noisy guests within the hotel. The cost of breakfast was high, given the limited food options available. Too noisey at night from traffic. The room was a bit too small and had a problem with air circulation -humidity wasn't properly extracted from bathroom which lead tostaleness. For a short 2 day stay this is nothing to worry about... The room was very small.Related to this are the follwing;1) The legs on the bed catch / hurt your toes as you try to get in and out,2) The wardrobe is difficult to access 3) The bathroom door is not ideal. We booked a room with teracce, but the terrace was not clean, so we couldn't use it. Rooms are very small.Small rooms and very poor see-through bathroom doors. the room facing the main road is very noisy.

The rooms themselves are eminently comfortable. The interior is refreshingly contemporary, tasteful and refined, in rich blacks and reds with hardwood floors and stainless steel fittings.
The hotel has 62 rooms, 10 of which are of Superior category, most of them have a private terrace with magnificent views of Madrid and 1 Junior Suite. Non-smoking rooms are available and we also have rooms for disabled guests.

By Car:
- Take the M-40 and follow the signs for the A-3 and A-4 (Valencia and Andalucía).
- Take the exit signposted Vicalvaro-O’Donnell.
- At the roundabout, continue towards O’Donnell until you reach Calle Alcalá.
- Continue along Calle Alcalá until your reach Calle Sevilla.
- The hotel is in the last street before Puerta del Sol on the left-hand side.
By Metro:
Take the Metro to either Sevilla and Puerta del Sol stations, both of which are just 20 metres from the hotel.
By Bus:
