The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. Amazing location, friendly staff who provided any assistance required regarding directions etc. Basic but comfortable room. Location is great, staff friendly, small rooms but clean, permanent wifi.
