The staff was very friendly, they explained me everything I wanted and helped whenever I needed.
Wi-Fi was at room: it was a very nice surprise.
I needed a place close to the airport, this was excellent. It was clean,

It was handy and inexpensive as a place to sleep over before a flight,
which is all I wanted. Five minute walk to the Barajas metro, from where
it's one stop (at e4.50!) to t1 at the Aeropuetre. Quite a few
eateries in the locality.
The gentleman at the desk came to my room to help me kick the small space heater into working. I liked the price and the location.
Air conditioning works
Beds were comfortable.
The staff doesn't really speak English, which is, however, somewhat
normal in Spain. The furniture in the room was definitely old, but also
absolutely good enough for my needs.
Lobby not present. English not understood by staff.
Shower was literally falling to pieces. Room was very close to reception area. Guy in reception area very noisy, people were calling late into the night and that kept me up.
Cleanliness could be better and the shower door fell off.
That on the site it says 1.3km away from the airport which may be true, so when getting a taxi i assumed it would be cheap, not 30euros as they have to go all the way around the airport!
Also the staff spoke no english at all so when trying to ask for a taxi for 5am to the airport was very hard!.
Rooms were cold.
Room needed some work. The shower stall was tiny and the shower door kept falling on me.
No bar/cafe.
Farther from Barajas metro stop than we thought, and not easy to find from there. Directions very poor.
Rooms vere cold.
It was cold (and the reverse cycle aircond barely worked). The shower
collapsed on entry. The staff did not speak English (on the other hand I
don't speak Spanish!).
I paid for a room with heat, and the tiny space heater barely provided any heat. I asked, in an email in English, for help with directions to the hotel, but never got a response (the gentleman who checked me in did not speak English). The walls are paper thin. My neighbors were quite loud until well after 2am (and I acknowledge this part isn't the hotel's fault).
The man on desk did not even say hello and just gave me my key.
No English spoken so if you have a problem there is a communication breakdown.
The door on the shower was sitting on the side so could not have a shower
The area was seedy and did not feel safe.
When I left for the airport in the morning the receptionist was fast asleep on the sofa and was not impressed that I woke him up.
It smelt of smoke supposed to be a non smokers room and the shower door fell off. Generally dirty and grimey. Couldn't get out quick enough .
