The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive. Everyone spoke very good English and did their best to accomidate your needs.We returned after two months and all still excellent! The right hotel (service level) in the best place (excellent location).

Lobby of hotel could be updated for a 5 star hotel. Food prices quite high..........coffee over 6 euros!. Yes, The handicap room is very small, it is smaller than the regular rooms. We did not fit we asked to remove furniture from the room, the bed was really small and the wheel chair did not fit to make it to the bed. Room faced the internal court. room size; separate charging for breakfast. When arriving at the Hotel,was told the room we had booked was not available, and was asked to take an inferior room which we refused after much arguing was offered the room which we had booked Not Happy.the bathroom area was too small. I also feel that in today's world - wi-fi should be included in the cost of the room. The bathroom was too cramped for a 5 star hotel.It was shown at the hotel's site the Premium room square isapproximately 30 m2. The real square of the Premium room where I stayedwas around 14 m2. The furniture was damaged. I left this hotel in themorning, though I planned to stay there 3 nights.
