What people say

Shopping, food and transport convenience. Location. Lack of communication about change of address. Facilities were not as advertised for washing and drying. There was no reduction in price. Single featureless room with no comforts. Dark, depressing and stark. No kettle or toaster. Bathroom no bigger than a cupboard. All doors ill-fitting, needed paint job to freshen up. Miserable is only word to describe.
