Apparently they have 4 different locations included in the apartments.
The building and apartment I was located was really nice, clean and had
a big balcony. The apartment was cleaned daily. Location is good. About
halfway between the city center and Play de'l Bossa and other
beaches (even closer). Easy to walk either way. No need for buses
(unless you are lazy and don't like walking).
It was a great price for the convenient location (in between the beach and Ibiza town almost equally). It was clean and the A/C worked.all reviews »

It would be nice if the apartment's had hand soap and dish washing
liquid provided, but they don'T.
The walls were VERY thin, you could hear your neighbors speak as if they were in the same room as you. It was loud through all hours of the day and NIGHT. Unfortunately, on our last day and night of our stay the WIFI was completely dead.
There was a very very gross bad smell in the apartment when we arrived. Asked to get the smell sorted. The smell got better over time but it was still lingering. Upon walkin around Ibiza we got the impression that there is something very wrong with the sanitary system in Ibiza.
No Wifi, So cold at night - No heating, Location was on the opposite side of the island of most things we wanted to see, very basic apartment - hardly any appliances (but it's fine, we ate out).
