The location was superb everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and professional.The free use of the PC was an excellent bonus, enabling us to do more research on Granada. I don't know why this hotel is only rated 2*; it should definitely be more ! Room excellently furnished with a brilliant view - couldn't ask for more.The location was excellent. We enjoyed the street scene but thankful for the excellent windows to block out noise.

Recommendation: Upon reservation, call special attention to the challenge of accessing the hotel if driving a rental car -- access to the Plaza Nueva is blocked except to buses and commercial vehicles, unless you know how to page the hotel and get the roadblock lowered. The wireless internet connection was weak on the fourth floor, we were only able to get a signal from the bathroom. Would like two chairs as the room was a double. I would prefer a double or queen bed rather than two single beds pushed together.Parking. The room was clean and the bathrooms appeared to be newly renovated witha large tub and shower. I would suggest however that they replace thecarpet and wallpaper as they showed stains and wear and tear.The only window looked out onto an air conditioning duct and there was very little natural light. The walls were thin and you could hear the people talking down the hall in the reception area. Also, the air conditioning didn't work as well as I would have liked.There was no minibar, it would be useful to have one. my room had no windows and therefore no day light.
