Hard to find on small side street although a large poster hung from a building site did assist in the end as it could be seen from Calle Gran Via. This Hotel is very difficult to find , although it is only 100 metres off the main Street (Av. Colon) it is down a one way lane. The taxi driver had difficulties finding it - there is another Hotel called Granada Central !!. the isolation against noise from the street is unsatisfactory. There is a bar near the hotel, which atracts very noisy youngsters who hang around outside the bar and keep you out of your sleep, especially during the week-end. I think the noise and shouting is extremely hard comparing to whatever other place and also the whole night long upto 4, 5 in the morning. Something has to be done.at times we could smell smoke from neighboring rooms. The street the hotel is on looked a little scary, but then we realized all of Granada is covered with graffiti so it's probably not a reflection of anything.no breakfast available, somme street noise and not the best street in the area, failed to book tickets for the Alhumbra as requested on booking form. Not the hotel but lots graffiti in the area. There were a lot of young people hanging around outside in the streets later on at night which was a bit intimidating for three women on their own however we encountered no problems at all with them. English TV channels would have been nice on those cold, rainy Winter nights. A small investment (I would have thought) to satisfy international tourists.only spanish speaking reception, small room. It is not easy to get there by car as you cannot pass on the mainstreet (av.colon) or you get fined. Most of the staff nice with justone exception. It is a little tricky to find. would be good to have some coffee making facility on site. no parking. Difficulty of getting hot water for tea (since I don't drink tap water!).
