What people say
very good central location in Granada but extremely quiet - no traffic, no loud crowds at nicht. Spacious room, lovely bathroom . Very clean and modern, rooms cleaned every day.
The room was very spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. It was
central to the main shopping area and within easy walking distance of
bars and restaurants.
The location was excellent !!! Only a 2 min walk to downtown :) saved
lots of cab money ! The beds were comfy also. all reviews »
- great location.
The location was good for a central location (once we managed to find the place!) It was fairly cheap and reasonably clean.
Good shower pressure and hot water but fairly basic bedroom.
Just in the center of Granada, though the street itself is a bit dirty.
The hotel is nicely designed, new furnitures, new bathroom and
comfortable room. I liked the hotel in general.
Good sized room and a large bathroom.
no fridge.
The directions and information on the booking confirmation did not match
the location of the hotel which was down a very narrow street that was
impossible to find. Eventually we paid a taxi and followed it!! Tea and
coffee making facilities would have been welcome.
The shower The fact that we had to check in to another hotel to get
our key.. It wasnt far but not ideal with 4 suitcases. Tv had only
spanish channels.
- a bit too noisy in the night.
bedlights were broken :(.
The street it is on is actually an alley way and not even on the map. We had to ask several people before we could find the place (and we speak fairly good spanish)
There were no staff around at all and it felt a bit sterile (although the lady in the hotel next door gave us our key) it was not a great welcome and no english speaking so some guests may struggle to know how they are supposed to check in.
There was no TV remote control.
No reception, no fridge. Cleaning is done afternoo nlate hours, once we
were resting and asked to come in 30 minutes, but they never come and
skipped the cleaning for that day.
Uncomfortable single beds with rock hard pillows. No wifi reception on the 3rd floor. General noise from other rooms and the street.
