Excellent place to stay.
1. Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. Great food places nearby and can walk everywhere!
2. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment (including a tiny balcony! ) - a suite. Plenty of space for luggage. Kitchennete, coffee maker with capsules and utensils came in really handy. No breakfast provided but that didn't bother us at all a. all reviews »
We arrived thinking we had booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. The apts have only 1 bath, so we inquired about getting another apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!!
The apts were immaculate! Large bathrooms and bedrooms. Firms twin beds. Comfortable sheets and blankets. Ivonna .
The best-equipped apartment of our holiday. It had everything that you would need to cook a meal - oven, stove and microwave. Everything in the apartment was new and well-maintained. Although it was on the main road, it was quiet with the windows closed. Of course, you could hear the police and ambulance sirens and motorbikes but that can't be helped.
The manager was also wonderful. She was always asking if there is was anything we needed everytime we saw her.
The bed. The most comfortable one I have ever slept in! Also, a lovely quiet room with good views of the cathedral's dome. The Habitat Suites are very well located right by the bus stop for transport to the Alhambra and very close to the Plaza Nueva for tapas etc. Good parking near by (Lazarus (via the Habitat suites) and Triumfo - which avoids the no-go zone areas). Beware - tourists get fined for driving in many parts of the old town.
Location is wonderful and very close to everything. Bus stop to Alhambra and train station is in front of apartment, all attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. Very next to Granada Cathedral and shopping areas. Train station is two stops from apartment location and only 6 EUR by Taxi.
I will stay there again and strongly recommend for people with children.
Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Spacious, clean apartments that are nicely decorated and very well maintained. The bathroom/shower was perfect - great water pressure, and nicely designed. Also, the beds were super comfortable. The windows insulated the sound from Gran Via very well - we would stay here again without hesitation. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The helpfulness of the team who assisted our arrival. The excellent & friendly service of the concierge was gratefully appreciated. The facilities were excellent & our 13yr old was excited with access to a Wii&cable tv. Advice about cafes eliminated searching for a place to eat after a stressful entry into Granada.
Great semi-serviced apartment in the heart of the city center in Granada. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent option for a family as the 2BR rates are comparable to 2 rooms or a family room at other locations. Loved the space; very clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent location near city centre and bus stops for Alhambra etc. Good facilities for eating in, but great for restaurants in Plaza Bib-Rambla (we fully recommend Central de Granada). Parking very close, but hard to get to until you know the way. Pretty quiet too.
Fantastic location to all the sites in Granada. The staff were incredibly helpful regarding recommendations for shopping, restaurants and Alhambra tips. Nice large space with complimentary coffee. All amenities available. Huge bathroom.
The apartments were in a fabulous position with lots of amenities and restaurants/cafes located around the property. Bus-stops at the front door take you to all major areas of Granada including l'Alhambra. Staff were amazingly obliging.

As first time drivers in Spain, we found the lack of parking to access our building daunting. Whilst it is not the obligation of the Habitat Suites, we found the lack of instructions heightened our confusion. We broke several traffic laws trying to follow the directions of our SatNAV. The provision of clear parking instructions would have alleviated this issue.
electrical tripping quite often due to a lot of devices charging in tandem with use of induction hob.

Very noisy. The unit doors need to be slammed, to shut them, so everytime someone arrived back in the night, it echoed through the whole building. The pullout beds are incredibly uncomfortable and there were no pillowcases on the pillows for them.

Personnel is only available during the afternoon for a couple of hours.
Check in was rather late in the afternoon 15:00 - 17:00, otherwise the
maid is the one who helped us. We never saw anyone else @ reception.
A pillow selection would be good as we found the pillows to be a little hard.
Staff generally friendly and helpful We were disappointed that the staff on duty when we arrived was not very helpful in our effort to get tickets for the Alhambera. We were repeatedly told that the tickets for the next day was sold off. We got help from other tourists
on the street on how best to
get the tickets.
A bit noisy the main street. Also roadworks everywhere in the city
centre and difficult to drive in rush hours. Also It is difficult
to reach the hotel by car because the Gran Via is closed for non
public transport from 10 to 7 and the alternative routes to reach
the hotel are crazy.
Apt was supposed to be.gd for 4 persons but it would be too small even
for 3 persons.
