We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a lovely room facing the sea, the sun disappeared off the balcony by 3 pm. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. The clientele were pretty much all German. We hardly saw any children at the hotel which suited us. We walked a lot during our 4 day stay; miles along the beautiful beaches and across to the other side of the coast which was rugged and natural, a complete contrast to manicured Costa Calma. We don't do relaxing holidays well,so we were rea.
all reviews » Very nice hotel, confortable, with excelent food and service. Beautiful beach view, and terrace. Plenty of chaise-lounges and umbrellas by the swimmng pools. We also enjoyed very much the spa swimming pool with warm water and several jacuzzi jets. (it was not well advertized). Maintenance service was quick too, something was wrong in the bathroom, and it was replaced immediately. it's a nice and very quiet place located at the seaside and close to the beautiful Sotavento beaches and white sandy mountains. When we stayed there in the beginning of September, there were only couples (both young and mature), so it was really calm and relaxing. They have a little but nice spa centre and great dinners. The spaciousness of the main area of the hotel and the quality of the food and the overall quietness in all areas. Padel courts very good, tennis courts need a little attention, but overall area good. Good beachside location, friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Good selection of quality dishes on the buffets. 4 lifts in the main area of the hotel so very little waiting. Great food; very good quality: room, food, swimming pools and outside area; nice personnel; no children; beautiful ocean view from the room; piece & quiet; relaxing time. We enjoyed our stay a lot, will most definitely be back. Was exactly as advertised. The beds were too hard for us. Water should be provided at dinner. The menu of the Snack -bar in the swiming pool area should be improved as it is quite limited. Alternatively, it could change every week. Regimented eating times - too little time given, especially if you are used to Spanish or French meal times! The extremely cold wind around the pool area. We are regular visitors to the hotels further round the coast and have never experienced such cold winds. The hotel has a high star rating so charges of 4 Euros a day for the room safe and 1Euro to exchange a beach towel for a clean one seemed out of character. The personnel speaks poorly in English; this area is mostly for older people; no shopping centers/discos/restaurants close to the hotel; too quiet for young couples; no free wi-fi. Fuerteventura is too windy. Wi-Fi issues (poor signal). No good coffee in the hotel.
