Nice sized room overlooking the plaza with 2 big beds, good bathroom with quality products, all clean and newly renovated.(room 202). Parking was on a meter immediately outside the hotel and was not expensive. The hotel breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable.

  Good location, clean with a good breakfast. Friendly staff although my Spanish is definitely worse than their English - Things improved after we had our room changed - the walls were solid but sound travelled through the air ducts.

  We have stayed here several times but this was our first time with young children. The staff were so helpful and so very kind with the children especially the restaurant staff at breakfast. Thank you for another enjoyable stay. - Easy to find. Good location on route to ferry.

The rooms are spacious, with fantastic views, and this is the ideal place to get away from it all and enjoy Ciudad Rodrigo.   The location of the hotel was excellent within the walled town and easy reach of cafe's and shops. One of the receptionists was extremely helpful (Isabella?) although her English was about as good as our Spanish but we made do with Spanglish! All rooms were cleaned daily with new towels and beds made. The showers in the bathroom were excellent. - ... what people say » Its location.
