  Very helpful in the hotel and great location on a beautiful town. - Clean and modern, definitely more of a hotel than a hostel (my husband and I had a private double room, maybe other rooms are different). We had a good wireless connection in the room. It’s in a good location, but it’s a small town, so most hotels are probably in the same area.   The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was being serviced for two days - we were disappointed we couldn't use it but the manager was very apologetic and gave us a 20% discount for the first two days as compensation and complimentary drinks. Overall v pleased with our choice and the location was excellent - it was right in the city ... what people say » centre and very close to our relatives. - Ulises is perfectly located right in the heart of the cities shopping district. A quick walk to a taxi stand or bus stop and you are able to go anywhere in Ceuta. Two grocery stores are minutes a way too.
